This experience can often be a catalyst for young people to see the relevance of school and the benefits of aiming for a qualification as a means toward achieving their career goals.
The SPICE Program gives young people the opportunity to develop professional and personal skills. The program is particularly focused on supporting young people by organising business mentoring to build their self-esteem and confidence in the workplace.
