Volunteering ACT's referral service advertises your volunteering positions on our website, internal database and the GoVolunteer website. This means volunteers looking for opportunities will have access to information on your current volunteering roles. Prospective volunteers are then referred to your organisation through an email or phone call.

Volunteering ACT also warmly welcomes your staff to join Volunteer Managers at free networking opportunities and workshops. This includes our Quarterly Lunchtime Forums for Volunteer Managers where key topics in the sector will be discussed and there are opportunities to network with colleagues from the sector. Volunteering ACT offers its members assistance in setting up volunteer programs to suit their needs, advice on policies and protocols and on any matters affecting the management of volunteers.

New members of Volunteering ACT are entitled to a free two hour consultancy session (within the first three months of membership) with an experienced Volunteering ACT staff member.
Our friendly Volunteering ACT Liaison Team visits members on a regular basis to exchange information and experiences, answer any questions and to ensure your information is up to date.
