Quarterly Lunchtime Forums for Volunteer Managers

As part of our services to members, Volunteering ACT will be hosting new Quarterly Lunchtime Forums for Volunteer Managers in 2012.

This initiative is in response to members’ advice that Volunteer Managers would welcome regular opportunities for face-to-face information exchange and networking with colleagues, including the highlighting and discussion of contemporary issues. 

The first Quarterly Lunchtime Forum for Volunteer Managers will focus on How will the National Harmonisation Laws affect volunteer involving organisations?  We are delighted that Mr Mark McCabe, ACT Work Safety Commissioner at WorkSafe ACT, has accepted our invitation to be guest speaker.
