Volunteer Management Workshop is an interactive two-day course based on the National Standards that introduces best practice management techniques.

Main topics covered are:

• Working with Volunteers
• Evaluation as Part of Planning
• Volunteer Motivators
• Job Descriptions and Recruitment
• Leading and Developing Groups
• Training, Development and Support of Volunteers
• Best Practice Management and Supervision

Fee per participant for 2 day workshop is $240 for non-members and $200 for members.

Learning Circles for Managers of Volunteer Programs

These provide an informally structured session in which to discuss topics decided by the participants, share skills and knowledge and generally learn from each other.

Participants issues to be covered in these sessions and draw on the collective wisdom and resources of the group. This session is for members of Volunteering ACT. Become a member.
