10th National Conference on Volunteering

Volunteering Australia is pleased to announce that the 10th National Conference on Volunteering will be held in Melbourne on 2 - 4 June 2004.

The theme of the conference is: Volunteering - evolution, devolution or revolution?

Proposals for papers, workshops and posters from all interested parties are invited.

Volunteering is both a movement in change and for change. The 2004 10th National Conference on Volunteering provides a timely opportunity to reflect on this and explore the role that volunteering will play in Australian society of the 21st century.

The conference will be the key forum in 2004 to discuss the relevance of volunteering to the topical issues of social capital, community capacity building and corporate social responsibility.

The deadline for receipt of abstracts is 28 November 2003 - don't miss your chance to submit your ideas for consideration.
